•Home Delivery

Orders (excluding the order date) can be shipped out as soon as the same day. Typically, orders are shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays; special orders will be coordinated separately). Delivery takes approximately 2-3 days.

 

• Convenience Store Pickup

Orders (excluding the order date) can be shipped out as soon as the same day. Typically, orders are shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays; special orders will be coordinated separately). Delivery to the store takes approximately 3-5 days. (You will be notified via SMS upon arrival).

 

• Online Order, In-Store Pickup

As this involves inter-store transfer of goods, please wait for our email notification after placing your order. Please collect your order during business hours after the pickup time has been confirmed.

 

 Shipping Information

• All products on Tea4Joy are in stock; we are not a Taobao pre-order service, so no 7-14 day wait is required. Please order with confidence.

• Shipping days are Monday to Friday.

• Shipments may be delayed due to stock transfers, holidays, festivals, or force majeure events.

• For Home Delivery: Actual delivery routes are determined by the courier driver.

• For Convenience Store Pickup: Please pay attention to the arrival SMS notification and pick up your parcel within 7 days of its arrival at the store. (Note: Items must be collected within 7 days of store arrival, including weekends. A return shipping fee of NT$130 will be charged for unclaimed parcels. Customers failing to pick up orders more than 3 times will be blacklisted.)

 

Order Status Inquiry

• After logging into your account, click on "Orders - View" to check the current order status and track shipping.

• Once the order status is updated to 'Confirmed,' it means our shipping team has dispatched your items. The process cannot be interrupted, and we cannot modify item details, split/merge orders, change payment methods, or alter shipping methods. Please double-check your order before finalizing checkout.

• To cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible while the order status shows 'Processing.'

• For orders selecting Bank Transfer/ATM payment: If payment proof is not uploaded within 7 days, the order will be notified and subsequently cancelled.

 

Invoice/Uniform Numbers & Special Requests

If your order has special requirements (e.g., Uniform Number and specific invoice items, designated delivery time windows, etc.), please clearly state them in the "Remarks" field during checkout. We cannot provide any compensation for delays or additional charges resulting from incomplete information provided.

 

Anti-Fraud Advisory

Please be aware that Tea4Joy will never request shopping details, bank account information, or credit card details over the phone or via SMS under any pretext. We will also never ask you to operate an ATM or use online banking for any reason. Please do not fall for scams. • Shipping costs vary based on the total weight of your order (the final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout).

• All products are priced in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). The final charged amount is subject to the exchange rate applied by your card-issuing bank.

 

International Shipping Destinations

• Shipped via Chunghwa Post or EMS.

• Estimated delivery time: 7-14 days, varying by destination.

• Service Areas: Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, United States, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Sweden, Australia, and others. For destinations not listed, please inquire via our customer service email: service@tea4joy.com.

 

Important Shipping Notes

 

• If a package is undeliverable or unclaimed due to incorrect recipient information and is returned to us, the entire order will be cancelled. After deducting any associated shipping and handling costs, a refund will be issued for the remaining amount.

• Due to the complexity of international shipping, we do not offer returns or exchanges for overseas orders. Please contact our customer service at service@tea4joy.com within 3 days for issues regarding defects or incorrect items.

• Import duties and taxes are assessed by the customs authorities of the destination country based on the type and value of the goods. If applicable, these fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

• As overseas sales are zero-rated for tax purposes, the shipping document serves as the proof of purchase and export. A physical VAT invoice is not provided separately.
