◆ How To Use Shopping Credit & Reward Points

• New members receive NT$100 shopping credit upon registration, automatically issued by the system. (Valid for 60 days)

• Every purchase on the official website accumulates shopping credit (must be logged in to accumulate). Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP members earn double rewards with no upper limit (valid for 1 year).

• The maximum redemption per order is 10% of the order amount.

• For every NT$100 spent, earn 1 "tea4joy Reward Point". 【1 point = NT$1 redemption】, with no redemption limit. "tea4joy Reward Points" are for official website use only.

• Birthday credit is deposited on your birthday and must be used within 60 days. If you register after your birthday in the current year, it will be issued the following year.

• Refer a friend for their first successful purchase, and you'll receive an additional NT$100 shopping credit.

◆ Important Notice

• Membership accumulation requires official website registration and use of the same account. Points from different accounts cannot be merged or transferred; the system automatically tracks accumulation.

• Membership tier upgrades are calculated based on cumulative spending within 12 months from the first purchase. The system automatically renews membership if the threshold is met. If the threshold is not met by the expiry date, the membership level will be adjusted according to the actual cumulative spending.

• Only orders that have been paid for, delivered, and not returned are counted toward cumulative spending. Returns or canceled orders are excluded.

• Member discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. The final discount applied is based on the checkout amount calculated by the system.

• The validity period of shopping credit is subject to system announcements. Expired credit cannot be recovered.

• The purchase that triggers a membership upgrade will not be counted toward the renewal threshold calculation.
